HeroOfMe currently sells a personalized digital PDF storybook. No physical shipping is included in the launch product.
Delivery
Most digital storybooks are delivered within 24 hours. The MVP may use semi-automated quality review.
Refunds
If generation fails and we cannot resolve the issue with a ready-made hero, manual support, or recovery generation, we may provide a refund.
Photo authorization
By uploading a photo, you confirm you are the parent/guardian or have permission to use it for this story.
No exact likeness
Illustrated heroes are inspired by photos. We do not promise exact face matching or photo-realistic copying.
Not therapy
HeroOfMe is not a medical, psychological, or therapy product.
